Clients who complete the program and settle all enrolled debt realize estimated savings of about 55% before fees, or 25% including fees, over 12–48 months. Results vary. Most clients receive their first settlement within the first 3 months, depending on their ability to save funds, though timing will vary. Not all debts are eligible, and not all clients complete the program. We do not assume consumer debt. Clients deposit funds into a dedicated account they own and control. Typically, clients must save about 20% of their enrolled debt before settlements can begin. Funds in the dedicated account are owned by the client, may be withdrawn at any time without penalty, and must be returned to the client if they withdraw from the program, except for fees earned by Peaceful Pathways in compliance with state law and the FTC Rule. Our fees are typically 25% of enrolled debt, though exact costs vary by state and are disclosed in each client’s agreement. Participation in debt settlement will likely negatively affect your creditworthiness, may result in collections or lawsuits, and may increase the total balance owed due to interest and fees. Not available in all states. Please consult a tax professional regarding potential tax consequences of settlement. Read and understand all program materials before enrollment.
