When You Qualify for a Refund

If you decide to leave the program before any settlement has been reached and approved by you, all of the funds you have deposited into your dedicated account will be refunded in full. Because Peaceful Pathways only earns fees after a settlement is reached and approved, no fees are charged unless that condition is met.

Important Exception

If you have already approved a settlement with a creditor, Peaceful Pathways has earned its fees for that settlement. Our fees are typically 25% of enrolled debt (exact fee amounts are disclosed in your client agreement). In these cases, any fees already earned will not be refunded. However, all remaining funds in your dedicated account that have not been applied toward settlements or earned fees will be returned to you.

Why This Matters

You are always in control of your dedicated account.

You can withdraw from the program at any time without penalty.

If no deals have been reached and approved by you, you will not pay any fees.

Your deposits remain your money until a settlement is finalized with your approval.
